How does a special order work?
If you are looking for a specific item, please contact your nearest AJ's directly and they will assist you in trying to locate your item.


If it is an item we currently offer but you are looking to purchase larger quantities or a larger size, you may contact the store and they will be happy to assist you.


Will you ship this to a friend?
Yes, we would love to ship your items to a friend; we will wrap up your item and send it UPS. We will weigh your package and charge you the shipping amount that UPS charges us, then send off your package.

Do you take American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard?
Yes, we do.


Why does each store not carry the same product selection?
AJ's Fine Foods prides itself on creating an atmosphere specific for each store's clientele. The buyers in our individual AJ's stores have the autonomy to search worldwide for an extensive, eclectic variety of items, but not all items sell equally well in all of our stores.


This does not mean, though, that we can't accommodate our customers. If there is an item you've seen at another AJ's location that you would like your store to carry, just let us know and we would be glad to forward that information to your store. We will also provide a contact for you so that you can follow up on the status of your order.

Wine Cellar:


Why aren't you able to ship wines out of state?
Arizona state law prohibits us from shipping wines out of state. We can, however, make accommodations for our customers who live near one of our locations. For a nominal delivery fee, we can deliver your wine selection to your home. To see if we have a store in your community, check out our locations online.


Catering:


How far in advance do we need to order catering?
48 hours. If you are planning a large event or entertaining during the holidays, we recommend ordering as soon as you choose your date. We may need more than 48 hours to properly plan for all your catering needs.

Do you carry donuts?
We don't offer donuts, but our Boulangerie is like a French Patisserie ? filled with delectable breakfast treats such as our award-winning buttery Croissants and a wide variety of Danish, Scones, Muffins, Bialy, Bagels, Turnovers and Bear Claws.
