The Food Network arrives at AJ's Fine Foods in Scottsdale, AZ, to film an episode of Dinner: Impossible.

Dinner: Impossible host Robert Irvine is greeted by AJ's Chef Mario Martinez.

The mission for this episode: Prepare food for the NBA Cares and Cooks fundraising event in downtown Phoenix.

AJ's Chef Mario listens as Chef Robert discusses his plan of attack to feed 2,000 hungry NBA fans.

Chef Robert has just 10 hours to create a thematic menu inspired by five teams and cities from the Western and Eastern Conferences.

AJ's Chef Mario offers his own perspective on overcoming this great culinary challenge.

Working against the clock, Chef Robert rushes to deliver a delicious meal before his time runs out.

Will Chef Robert be able to make dinner for the NBA 2009 playoffs possible? Tune in and see for yourself.
