In the summer, AJ's Chefs offer a variety of chilled soups for you to enjoy. Try our Spanish Gazpacho with a tomato base, vegetables and a bit of spice or the sweet & tart Berry soups that can be served as a dessert. Every day you can experience a new taste.

Our endless selection of fresh-made salads are perfect as sides to your sandwiches, salads or entrées, or hearty enough to be a meal by themselves. Olive and Antipasto Bar
Enjoy AJ's vast selection of many hard-to-find imported olives from Greece, Italy, and France. Whether it is the Mt. Athos Olive from the Halkidiki peninsula of Greece, the Cerignolas Olive from the volcanic soil of Puglia in southern Italy, or the Picholine from the Provence, France, you'll find they make an excellent accompaniment to our International cheese selection.

Complement your olive selection with an antipasto plate. Our selection of antipasto ingredients includes roasted peppers, peppadews, sun-dried tomatoes, cornichons and marinated mushrooms, artichokes and buffalo Mozzarella.

Located near our Bistro, our olive and antipasto selection is available by the pound.

Pate and Caviar
Our paté is never frozen and is handcrafted by Les Trois Petits Cochons using authentic French recipes. We carry a variety of classic coarse Patés and the lighter mousse style. Not just a pork or chicken creation, we offer an ever-changing selection including Salmon, Mousse Truffé, Peppercorn, Spinach and seasonal flavors such as Foie Gras for the holidays.

Caviar is arguably the most decadent food in the world. This holiday season treat yourself and your guests to this wonderful extravagance. During the holiday season, AJ's carries several varieties of caviar including Salmon, Trout, Golden and Black Lumpfish. Throughout the year we'll gladly place an order for you.
