AJ's has a talented catering staff waiting to cater to your every need. Whether you need hors d'oeuvres and dessert trays for a party, or you are planning an intimate dinner or a reception for a hundred or more, AJ's will create a masterpiece that will dazzle the eye as well as tempt the palate.

Planning Your Event
Whether you simply need a few trays of tantalizing appetizers and luscious desserts, or a plan for your wedding reception or corporate event, look to AJ's to be your personal chef.
AJ's Catering can coordinate serving staff, bartenders, rental of linens, tableware, chafing dishes, serving stations, tables and chairs. As you custom create your menu with our expert staff, we can also assist you with wine pairings, floral arrangements, ice sculptures and perfect touches to complete your décor and set the atmosphere.
When you plan your catered event, keep in mind that you may choose from our unique menu selections, or we will be happy to create something especially for you.
For an additional fee, we can provide disposable plates, napkins, cutlery, serving utensils and stemware.
We can also provide staff and equipment necessary for your catered event:
Servers: $30.00 per hour — 4-hour minimum
Bar Service: $35.00 per hour — 4-hour minimum
Bistro Chefs: $40.00 per hour — 4-hour minimum
Sushi Chefs: $50.00 per hour — 4-hour minimum
Delivery, set-up and pick-up is available for all orders. Prices vary depending on type of set-up and rentals required, such as tables, linens, tableware, chafing dishes and service stations.
We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express.
All items are subject to applicable sales tax and prices are subject to change. When servers are required, an 18% gratuity will be added to the food bill.
Orders may require a deposit, which will be refunded if cancellation is received less than 48 hours prior to the event.

The AJ's Catering Catalog is filled with sumptuous food ideas for corporate breakfasts and lunches, to intimate dinner parties. To ensure that AJ's can accommodate your every need, 48 hours' advance notice is required for us to properly prepare your requests. During the Holiday season we may require more than 48 hours' notice.
