ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT. BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A BINDING CONTRACT. THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO THE SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES FROM YOU AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.
- ELIGIBILITY
The Bashas’ Family of Stores Customer Survey Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal United States residents of Arizona and Tribal Lands of Arizona and New Mexico, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of date of entry
Employees, officers and directors of Raley’s Arizona LLC (“Sponsor”), Dunhumby, Raley’s Arizona LLC (as Administrator), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), together with their immediate family members and those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate or win. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, “immediate family members” means spouse, partner, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren and their respective spouses. “Same household” means persons sharing the same residence for at least three (3) months per year, whether legally related or not.
In the event that a household, based on address, enters the Sweepstakes using more than five (5) unique email addresses, all entries associated with that household (as determined by Sponsor or Administrator at their sole discretion) will be disqualified. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which will be final, non-appealable, and binding in all respects.
- SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m Mountain Time (“MT”) on July 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. MT on June 30, 2027 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes Period is comprised of twelve (12) monthly entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”) as set forth in the table below. Non-winning entries will not carry forward into subsequent Entry Periods. The designated computer clock of the Sponsor is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

- HOW TO ENTER
There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit: one (1) entry per person per Entry Period, regardless of method of entry.
Survey Entry:
If you receive an invitation to participate in a survey (the “Survey”) on your Bashas, Food City, AJ’s Fine Foods, or Eddie’s Country Store receipt (the “Invitation’), you may participate using this method. During the Entry Period you received the Invitation, visit the survey website included in the Invitation as printed at the bottom of your receipt (“Website”), input the unique Survey participation code printed on the Invitation, and complete and submit your true and accurate answers to the Survey. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for the applicable Entry Period, subject to the limit below.
Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without completing a Survey, legibly hand-print your full name, full mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), email address, phone number, and date of birth on a plain 3” x 5” card. Entries must be handwritten — no ink stamps or address labels. Mail your entry in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope no larger than 4 1/8” × 9 1/2” to: Bashas’ Service Center, Attn: Bashas’ Customer Survey Sweepstakes Entry, 500 W Capitol Blvd., West Sacramento, CA 95605. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than the End Date for the applicable Entry Period and received by the Received By Date shown in the table above. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per household per Entry Period. All mailed entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, or other automated means are void. The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, illegible, or stolen entries, or for technical difficulties of any kind. Entries that are incomplete, corrupted, forged, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
- PRIZES
Twelve (12) prizes will be awarded — one (1) per Entry Period. Each prize is a $250 Bashas, Food City, AJ’s Fine Foods, or Eddie’s Country Store gift card, subject to the terms and conditions printed thereon. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is $250, for a total ARV of $3,000. Any prize not claimed within thirty (30) days of winner notification will be forfeited.
Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event a prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Winner may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or equivalent. The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for any lost, mutilated, or stolen prize, or any prize that is undeliverable due to an incorrect or changed address. The prizes do not include taxes, gratuities, or other expenses not specified herein.
- SELECTION OF WINNERS
On or about the Random Drawing Date shown in the table above, the Administrator will conduct a random drawing to select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible entries received for the applicable Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that Entry Period. Only one (1) winner will be selected per Entry Period. Decisions of Raley’s Arizona LLC with respect to this Sweepstakes are final and binding.
- WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE CLAIMING
Each potential winner will be notified via phone or email on or before the 15th day of the month following the applicable drawing, using the contact information submitted with the entry. The potential winner must respond with any requested information within three (3) days of notification. Notification is deemed complete upon completion of a phone call or delivery of an email.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of selection, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, that winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries for that Entry Period, up to three (3) alternates. As a condition of receiving a prize, each potential winner must complete and return a prize redemption form within three (3) days of notification. A potential winner becomes a confirmed “winner” only after verification of eligibility by Sponsor. Administrator will attempt to fulfill all properly claimed prizes within approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks after winner verification.
- CONDITIONS & CONDUCT
Payments of all federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person found to be tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, or harassing manner. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of completion as planned, including due to computer viruses, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or any cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each, a “Force Majeure” event). Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. THE SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
- WAIVERS, DISCLAIMERS & RELEASES
The Sweepstakes Parties assume no responsibility or liability for: (a) lost, late, stolen, undelivered, inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, or garbled entries or emails; (b) faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of entries; (d) technical malfunctions or failures of any equipment, systems, or networks used in connection with the Sweepstakes; (e) inaccessibility of the internet or the survey website; or (f) any injury or damage to entrants or their equipment arising from participation. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, offering, or administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of a prize.
All entrants, as a condition of participation, release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Parties and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims, costs, losses, damages, or actions of any kind arising from: (i) participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) receipt, use, or misuse of any prize; (iii) violation of rights of publicity or privacy; (iv) entrant’s registration materials; or (v) any typographical or other error in the administration or announcement of the Sweepstakes.
- GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties agree to finally settle all disputes through binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator under the streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures of JAMS Inc. (“JAMS”), or, if JAMS is unable to set a hearing within fourteen (14) days, the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). Any in-person hearing will take place in California. Sponsor may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court with jurisdiction. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.
BY ENTERING, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION; (B) ANY AWARD WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS NOT TO EXCEED $10.00, AND NO ATTORNEYS’ FEES WILL BE AWARDED; (C) ENTRANT WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES; AND (D) ENTRANT’S SOLE REMEDY IS A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES NOT TO EXCEED $10.00. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
- PRIVACY
Sponsor will collect the personal information of each entrant. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant consents to Sponsor’s use of his or her name, address, and other personal information for purposes of administering this Sweepstakes, complying with applicable laws, and as described in Sponsor’s’ Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.bashas.com/privacy-policy, https://www.mifoodcity.com/privacy-policy, or https://www.ajsfinefoods.com/privacy-policy.Entrant agrees that they have read and understood Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and agrees to the collection and use of their personal information.
- MISCELLANEOUS
Sponsor reserves the right to make changes to these Official Rules, including substitution of a prize of equivalent value. If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver. In the event of a discrepancy between these Official Rules and any other Sweepstakes materials, these Official Rules shall prevail. To receive a list of winners, send a #10 self-addressed, stamped envelope, to be received by August 31, 2027, to: Bashas’ Customer Survey Sweepstakes — Winners List Request, c/o Bashas’ Service Center, 500 W Capitol Blvd., West Sacramento, CA 95605.
